Lost & Found Center
If a passenger lost an item on board an airplane or at the gate area, he/she must contact his/her airline's 800 number.
However, if a passenger lost an item inside the Terminal, he/she should check with the Visitors Information Center in the Baggage Claim, or call at (727) 453-7800.
PIE Airport and serving Airlines provide wheelchairs to passengers with special and individual needs. Service is available from the curbside to boarding areas as requested. Handicapped assistance is also accessible at curbside, but pre-request is required.
Service for Visually Impaired
Aira Services for Visually Impaired at St. Pete-Clearwater airport provides a pool of minutes for visually impaired guests. The Aira service agent helps and gives audio guidance to visually impaired passengers to navigate through the airport area.
Foreign Language / American Sign Language Translation services are available on Monday through Friday, between 8 am and 5 pm. At the Visitor Information Booth (in the baggage claim), the service for Foreign Language Assistance is available.
Visitor Information Booth
The Visitors Information Booth is available in the new Baggage Claim area. The center offers hotel reservations, tourist information, brochures, and information about area attractions, such as Busch Gardens, Walt Disney World, and SeaWorld.
The St. Pete airport provides free Wi-Fi throughout the airport property. ATM is located outside the Ticketing A, and at the west end of Baggage Claim.
Besides, PIE provides Privacy Room for 'Moms Nursing/Pumping' or 'Special Needs Passengers.' These services are situated in gates 2-6, on the right side of the restrooms.
